MAGHeaN

I am the proud creator and owner of Soulful Roots Wellness- a sanctuary and safe haven where we dive deep into the beautiful world of holistic nutrition. I am a registered holistic nutritionist and am currently training to become a clinical herbalist, meditation & breathwork facilitator, and reiki master. I do all this to give you support and guidance as you journey to bringing yourself back into balance, spirit, mind, and body.

In my previous life, I was a part of the bustling and stressful world of acute care and rehabilitation nursing. I walked this path with a heavy heart because it did not align with my deepest values. Handing out pills felt like an empty gesture, and the nursing lifestyle was wreaking havoc on my cycle and overall health. I knew there had to be a better way.

Fast forward a decade, and here I am, a holistic nutritionist with a passion for women’s health, a space where I specialize in deciphering the intricate dance of a woman’s cycle, harmonizing the hormonal symphony, and keeping guts healthy and happy.

Together, we’ll navigate the wellness journey together. We’ll embrace every step with love and care because that is the essence of Soulful Roots Wellness- a place where you are seen, heard, and cherished.

The initial insight session is like the first spark of an exciting journey together. Think of it as our ‘getting to know you’ session, where we kickstart our mission to fix your period problems and boost your well-being.

Why is this meeting so special, you ask? Well, it’s because this is where I get to understand the fantastic individual that is YOU. My primary focus is to understand you on a personal level. While the Initial Insight Session is a single service, it is broken into two separate 45-minute sessions for.

  • Tailored Culinary Roadmap: A personalized food list designed to help you reach your health goals.
  • Herbal Harmony: Customized herbal support suggestions to complement your journey.

  • At the end of each session, we’ll give you three fresh, actionable steps to keep you moving toward your health goals.
  • We might suggest additional forms or lab tests to fine-tune your wellness plan if needed.
  • And, of course, we’ll provide you with holistic nutrition and lifestyle resources whenever you need them.
